He enjoys getting personally involved in the tricky issues that arise throughout the course of a project and takes extreme delight in seeing people grow and develop in their career.
Frank particularly enjoys the strong relationships he’s developed throughout the industry. He loves the inherent complexity in assembling all the parts, pieces, and people needed to pull off the construction of a new project that defines city skylines, preserves our Nation’s monuments and resources, or gives people great experiences.
TR has been as a Construction Manager for over 18 years and is grateful to have worked with many outstanding clients, but more importantly, some of the smartest, well-rounded, and best colleagues in the industry. The projects have certainly been exciting, but the people he’s worked alongside are what he values the most.

Lisa has 20 years’ experience in Accounting and Finance with six years in the Construction Industry. She has a B.S. in Business Management from Northeastern University. What Lisa likes most about the Construction Industry is the excitement each new project brings. There is a process to building but every project is different. There is a sense of accomplishment when each job is finished knowing that it’s a space where people will work, eat, recreate, or just enjoy for many years.
Ryan is a New Jersey native with over 10 years of experience delivering construction projects in both the private public sectors with traditional design-bid-build, design-build and fast track project structures. He has an ongoing commitment to, and drive for, on-time project completion, high-quality work, and cost effective budget allocation.
Ryan loves the incredibly diverse cross-section of people he gets to work with every day and the gratification of seeing end users enjoy the fruits of our labor.
Drew is a graduate of Messiah College, where he played varsity lacrosse.
After college, Drew worked for a concrete subcontractor before moving to the Washington, DC area.
Drew has been instrumental in helping to shape PWC's implementation of Procore, as well as other project management software systems. He has handled projects ranging from high-end spec suites, complicated healthcare projects, to embassies and monuments.
Travis has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, progressing from field operations to Project Executive. He has primarily focused on ground-up, new construction for senior living, retail, universities, high-end hospitality and trophy office construction projects.
Travis is a detail-driven construction expert that focuses his energies on establishing strong contractual relationships that are rooted in fairness and accountability, to ensure that a project's budget and schedule objectives are met.
Tim is a Construction Executive with 18 years of industry experience spanning multiple roles which cultivated a breadth of experience and created long lasting business relationships. Tim has distinguished experience working with both commercial and residential clients supporting their mission and goals of through successful execution of new construction, renovation and expansion projects.
In his free time, Tim enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and intense exercise.
