The Novus Tower is a 27-story mixed-use building that will consist of ground floor retail, 188 rental units, 54 condominiums, golf simulators, a pickleball court, outdoor theater, dog park, and more. The tower is scheduled for completion in the beginning of 2025.

PWC‘s scope for this project was our full sweep Owner‘s rep package, including but not limited to highlights such as bi-monthly site visits for quality and progress, and weekly Owner‘s reporting. PWC manages risk capturing issues in our detailed issues log covering all open and settled risk, along with whole project financial tracking and management. PWC provides detailed change order review and contract negotiation to help the Owner mange its contingency. To date, we have helped save the project over $6mm in proposed contractor change costs that they were able to eliminate and/or reduce. PWC is attending a weekly Ownership meeting and providing our incite and opinions on high level contract decision's and negotiations.
