The Swingers Crazy Golf Club DC project was a lump sum contract with Swingers, a UK based Hospitality Group, to build out a 21,000 SF restaurant and miniature golf venue in Dupont Circle in Washington, DC. This location was the first Swingers Crazy Golf in the United States.
The project involved a complex design encompassing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing elements to support the infrastructure of a restaurant and miniature golf course, along with multiple bars across various levels. High-end finishes such as custom millwork, wood and bronze paneling, decorative lighting, and custom painted murals were integrated throughout the space, creating a unique and theatrical environment. Durable surfaces like polished concrete and resilient flooring were implemented in high-traffic areas, while decorative operable window systems were installed to accommodate street food vendors while maintaining the establishment's upscale aesthetic..
