The building is 108,000 SF and includes 93 units for both assisted living and memory care needs. Community amenities consist of dining rooms, a bistro, salons, a cinema room, computer rooms, and more.
PWC Companies is overseeing the entirety of expansion efforts for Sunrise Senior Living on the Eastern Seaboard, totaling over $700,000,000 in contracts for 22 ground-up construction projects.
