PWC started working with Solidcore in 2015, when the fitness studio had just completed its 11th location. Solidcore engaged PWC to provide General Contracting and Owner's Rep services for its rapidly expanding portfolio of studios. PWC worked on over $18 M in contracts, 130 lease negotiations, managed the design and construction of 25 locations, and served as the general contractor on 11 of those in markets such as NYC, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Chicago, Dallas, Austin, Miami, Boston, and Washington, DC. PWC continues to work with Solidcore on a select General Contracting basis, but transitioned out of the Owner's Representative role after we hired and trained their new, in-house Construction Management team.
