PWC reviewed 25 sites which converted to 14 construction sites for PM Pediatrics, which are Urgent Care facilities that specialize in medical expertise specifically designed for children at every level of care. Locations ranged from Los Angeles, Boston, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia.
PWC Managed the planning/design, budgeting, scheduling, and permitting throughout the preconstruction process. During construction, progress was monitored through OAC meetings, budget and scheduling adherence, and managing change orders from commencement to project closeout.
