The project involved a high-end renovation of an occupied senior living facility in the interior public spaces, including the gym, lobby, and indoor pool area, and also the refurbishment of all residential corridors with new finishes and lighting. The work included the installation of new partitions, lighting, millwork, and finishes where necessary. The existing fire alarm system was upgraded to a new system. The existing HVAC systems were modified while remaining largely intact. New plumbing fixtures were installed in the pool area, connected to existing plumbing lines. New lights and outlets were installed, tied into existing electrical panels and power supply.
