The Farmers Fishers and Bakers Restaurant Project was for the renovation of a Farmer’s Restaurant Group location on the Washington Harbour in Georgetown. This $2.4M contract consisted of an extensive $700,000 millwork package in which the PWC self-perform Craftsmen team completed in entirety. Scope of this package included a new bar, updated seating areas, perch booth, cabinetry, paneling, desert studio, and a private dining room.
The restaurant remained open during construction, therefore the bulk of work was completed during off-hours.
