PWC is overseeing the entirety of Ever/Body’s expansion efforts nationwide. 23 Sites were reviewed which converted to 14 construction sites, across the DMV, NY, Chicago, Dallas, Miami, and LA regions. PWC also acted as General Contractor for a bulk of the build-outs.
Pre-development tasks include analyzing leasing brochures, negotiating leasing documents, managing project budgets, preparing implementation schedules, and conducting market studies. Development tasks involved design management and oversight, permitting, construction management, turnover and owner equipment/furnishing installation, and warranty tracking. Program level tasks included collaboration with designers to compile brand standards and design manual, define custom features, and negotiate purchasing agreements for efficiency and scalability in construction projects across multiple locations.
