Buena Vida was a lump sum contract with Street Guys Hospitality Group for the renovation of an existing operational 11,000 SF restaurant. The project included the refurbishing of two interior floors and the addition of a roof top dining area and kitchen. The work completed on the on the project involved, but not limited to, an extensive custom millwork package, two kitchen builds, three interior bars, two exterior roof top bars, custom floor and wall tile, and a substantial upgrade to the fire alarm system throughout.
PWC effectively worked with subcontractors to open the existing roof for an elevator and two exit stairways while maintaining good relations with the building engineers and management system. This addition to the space was an opportunity for PWC to build an increasingly reliable and safe building for guests and employees.
