Ambar Capital Hill was a lump sum contract with Street Guys Hospitality Group for the renovation of an existing operational 6,691 SF restaurant. PWC and WW Architecture worked together to complete a full renovation of the restaurant including an additional back staircase and new third floor dining area along with an upgrade to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
The project scope included partial renovation to the existing kitchen, modification of the existing hood and exhaust system, a new CaptiveAire exhaust system, and a Pepco Power upgrade to the building to meet the requirements of the new electrical and lighting control systems throughout.
