PWC completed the preconstruction planning and jurisdictional approvals for the Trophy Office Renovation on behalf of Meridian. Hickok Cole was the architect for this complicated renovation which replaced the facade, added substantial amenities, and included the demolition of structural columns to create wider view sheds for Trophy Tenants.

Now occupied by the likes of Apple, Baker Botts, and other trophy tenants, this repositioning project accomplished the goal to re-imagine an aging office building and turn it into an absolute gem.
