The 1400 L Street project converted an aging B+ office building into a trophy asset by re-skinning the facade, making substantial improvements to the rooftop, adding amenity spaces throughout the building, and converting multiple floors to spec office suites for potential future tenants. On the C1 (concourse) level, 2,300 SF existing storage space was converted into a property management office and fitness center rooms for working out and meditation.
PWC also acted as General Contractor on a $1.9M lump sum design build contract with the Meridian Group for the build out of a office suite for Narrative Strategies.
